Yeah there exact same. I get the same with the C70 brakes there bigger than the ones on the R and thats what people look at first lol.

No, not that I ever noticed anyway, as I said it's pretty useless.

Either way your knackered until monday, Ring your local Volvo dealer, explain what's happend and they should be able to supply a new key, you'll need to take I.D. (logbook, drivers licence etc) but...

it comes out of the PCB as one big tab then splits into the 2 spade connectors so both doing the same thing, i did try to take a pic but theirs that much gunk on the windscreen it wouldn't focus on...

When you replaced the clocks did you change the ABS sender unit on top of the clocks over and do you have another one spare to try changing?

I replaced the whole dash twice on mine. Each lasted about 6 months then would slowly die. Last one worked fine untill the speedo stopped and the revcounter read double. No fuel gauge or mileage...

Sounds like there's no power to those clocks (or something along those lines, especially if you've replaced everything else), especially if the trip/mpg thing isn't working.

Its strange really, when your sat there your filter will be sucking in hot air which is less dense, so theoretically giving you less power. But, as i said before, we never noticed a lack of power...
