Blitz SBC speed sensor signal is calibrated & working.
Blitz Oil Pressure & Temp are working - these are the separate sensors I bought.

Having driven Lance's T5 around Oulton last November - I happen to think the way that thing gets down the road is pretty damn good.
FYI the Ford and Volvo ME9 ECU's are identical from a hardware point of view, the software differs obviously, diagnostics and can communications mostly.
The actual maps themselves are identical...
Not bad really.... Top end is good but let's face it, it's not often at all u manage to stretch it to the max. I prefer the punch away from the lights. 0-70...ish acceleration.

The only custom intercooler I know of was fitted to Lance's V50 T5 by HLM about 2 or 3 years ago.
Fit mk2 rs focus engine and go from there.
I had a conversation with the Volvo parts monkey and he said that even the Ford ST/RS boys are going to Volvo for clutches due to the massive price difference.
Volvo dont make anything bud, the clutch will be made by LUK or Sachs.
Just buy one of those brands and it will be exactly the same unit as the one which comes out ;)
Decided to straighten the airflow past the MAF sensor - see if it would help with the idle (which it seems to).
Still a little unhappy with the 2nd gear pickup but it is difficult to find a safe...

Polished up the welds and got the whole thing together. Getting into the turbo end was a bit of a faff, but the PTC & other bits all worked as planned.
Initially it started & died, started & died....
Endorse the do it once & do it properly approach :stupid:
You'll also need flywheel bolts and driveshaft seals. I also recommend getting them to change the rear main seal while they have the flywheel off ;)

sorry, they are for a V50 T5 now sitting at 310bhp, tipped the purse strings at just over £1000, with all the brackets fittings new braided hoses etc...
I'm betting on the fuel pressure sensor as per the linked older thread. Same symptoms as my dad's S60R before it completely failed and left me stranded on the M1......
I remember when the top 1/4milers were all autos as well because they could get off the line easier, back in the days of Bobcat etc lol
