Clutches in general can be a complete pain to change and quiet often require the gearbox to be completely removed, iv not done one on the T5...

best way would be take it in to a garage and let them have the pleasure of doing it :)
the water must be passing through the top and bottom hose's to run through the rad otherwise the car would just overheat. sounds like an airlock to me
on mine iv cut the flexi bit out of the pipe work and had been joined with a straight metal piece holds the filter quite securely plus it wedged by the dizzy cap.

why not bin the starter motor while your there mate just bump start it from now on lol
nope no codes where read in the end and as a temp repaire the guy has soldered the relay back together and i have no lights up on the dash

im running a 16t on mine without a remap with no problems
keep it hide the horns and fit some spots :D

had mine up to spikes of 1.4bar with no remap using r-spec mbc and somehow never hit the fuel cut but iv now got it running at a steady 1 bar to be safe now
might seem like a strange question but if its an auto check its in sports mode rather than eco as it will short shift in eco mode and winter. also if its an auto its worth noting that some autos will...
you can have a drive of mine when you are next down its not as quick as bt but it will just have to do :worried:
personally i wouldnt put it in either i would say its too thin. wont do any harm but dont think it will last long
