    The ballest in the headlights do fail at times,and if it's got wet that won't help,if there power getting to the headlight it could be the ballest unit.

    The most probable cause is worn/weak shock absorbers. Push down hard on each rear corner and when you release the load see if it bounces up and down on its own (which it shouldn't)
