I got my one way from Halfrauds & it cost a couple of quid.

The actuator arm will come out it you keep turning it.
When you remove it, keep a note of how many turns it takes so when it
is replaced you can get the setting correct.

Try the rack gaitors bud - my fluids were low & nothing dripping for a
while & then the nearside gaitor exploded & there was fluid everywhere.

I did mine with the help of Niles from this forum.
It took us around one a half hours.
Bit fiddly but pretty straight foward with no special tools needed
other than some small 'torx' drivers....
I had a nasty smell & a visible vapour coming from my heater vents.
Turned out to be a nacked heater matrix.
Check the footwells for damp.
Ive recently changed the nsf on my 99 V70 with 127k on the clock.
Perhaps you have to throw the car away when the bearings pack up :P
