the standard PCV system feeds a small amount of oil thru the turbo pipes anyway, i just used the normal silicone joints/reducers & been fine.
The bumper put up a valiant struggle but I won in the end and managed to fight it out of the mould, I'm just cleaning it up at the moment so I'll post some photo's later on.

Checked mine at the weekend, due to a thread asking advice on the VOC, whilst changing the engine oil and filter on mine. I had the PCV system renewed by a Volvo main dealer @87k the car has now done...
Clueless mate as that is spot on. All I can think of is the PCV replacement was sub-standard. Other option is to fit a catch-tank.....

If your going to do it then you might as well go the whole hog and get the 304, the only difference being that if you run the 304 on standard unleaded you wont get the same performance, it needs...

Shame to hear she has failed but at least it's all easyish stuff to sort :)
Braided lines definately worth while ;)
Brake imbalance could be something as simple as the pads sticking in the...
The flexi hoses may be the cause of the imbalance , they can break down on the inside which forces tiny rubber pieces into the calipers (quite rare but i have known it) :)
Depending on the age of it then you could well end up with replacing the lower control arms completely as they're an all-in-one type of thing. If you're happy with standard suspension bushes, then...
