It's related to road speed, not engine RPM. From about 35+.

The filter is a cheap and easy item to replace and should be done if it hasn't been done for a long time anyway

Is your wife in the passenger seat , I get this problem every time Mrs Whale is in the car and I boot it off the lights .

Jesus, so I sold her again Jan'17 and bought her back July'17, Re-united and not to be parted again!!

My Mrs keeps telling me 2 inches makes a huge difference!
