I've got 16" comets on mine and they fit.
On the standard t5 alloys you can make the fit by filing off the edges of the calliper.

This PDF link has all the wheels available on these cars (when new!), it states by the 16s which ones don't work with 302s ;)

Titans or Volans matey!
It's a lot easier to remove the turbo from the top but it does take a little maneouvuring. Three pipes two water one oil and four bolts on the exhaust manifold will see the turbo off once the...
we managed to do a radiator change on JT's car in 45minutes, i'm sure that was including filling & bleeding it lol
OH yes I feel your pain with the radiator job!

As for the turbo I agree with James, while your there pop it off and inspect. A...
Them mounting bolts get you every time if they've never been changed, as for the turbo take it off and have a closer look, oil has a tendency to spread far and wide :)

sorry, never gave a thought as too push fit fittings, as I'm lucky enough to have someone who can sawage up a pipe or 2 for me, so never crossed my mind, but would work just as well and should work...
I put some AN10 to push fit connections and renewed the hoses but kept the metal pipes (just bent them a little) seems to be working well, just make sure you get a decent size oil cooler as I heard...
Yep, you can fit the N/A rad and separate oil cooler ( or any 850 rad turbo/auto or N/A, just don't use the built in oil cooler pipework if you don't want to), just like I am about to on my 850, you...

RN is what Johnny Foreigner calls the P2 cars.
You want a crank from a 2.3 T5 engine between the end of 2002 and the end of 2004.
Depending on what power you would like depends on what route you do but for me im looking at 300+
Fully rebuilt engine with forged rods
850r clutch
larger intercooler
Rip kit
3" intake pipe
3"...
as i've got to got conrods yet i've gone for a 93mm crank instead of the T-5's 90mm, you'll need later spec short-skirted pistons as well to do that. Takes the cc from 2319 to 2396
if your going the full hog like that, the crank from an RN engine (post 2002) is already lighter than an original 850 crank. You can also get a lightened billet flywheel from TTV, & an ARD...
Satin black on the trims - a well kept secret among those of us who can be arsed with taking the trims off ;)
looking good mate.
Nice one, tidy looking car too :)
sounds like your hitting the maf limit/boost cut. The ecu's probably got used to the leaking air from the perished pipes, then with you replacing them the extra boost its compensating for now...
