Yep. A few came with reinforced windscreens.
They were stronger than the A-pillar in some situations and could come away from the vehicle. Hence the reinforcement.

Looking good Lee.
As Lee says, battery off.
Then have the key in the ignition and in position 1.
Turn the wheel to 3 o'clock and use a long t25 torx bit to remove the airbag bolt from the back of the steering wheel,...
A larger turbo, 3" downpipe with 200 cell cat and bigger injectors would be a good idea too. You'll then get well over t5 power without straining the ancillaries.
Yep - thermostat is probably shot.
Worth doing the temperature sensor while you're at it.
Try cleaning the maf (or swap for a working one).
Also, check the one-way valves as they can cause running issues.
If anybody needs an excuse to upgrade their exhaust, listen to this...

Washing-up liquid dries after a while, helping to grab the bar.
The ipd one comes apart. The solenoid and block can be cleaned and lubricated and (if it has any) the o-rings can be replaced.
Same engine as my car.
What maintenance has been done to the car over the last year?
There's a number of things that can cause this. One-way valves, inlet leak, boost leak, split pipe, dodgy...
The xc90 calipers' pipe attachment is actually slightly closer to the body than the standard one so your current lines will do fine.
Where abouts are you? Maybe someone can have a look for you?
Switch pack is likely just the plug connections corroded - nail file and contact cleaner usually darts it.
Ello :)
Fingers crossed.
Should fit, I know for a fact they go under 17" amaltheas, comets and pegs. There's about 15mm gap between the caliper and wheel weights with amaltheas.
For the newer members....
I have an ex-police v70 t5. Attached to the engine is a 19t turbocharger. Attached to the turbo is a 3" downpipe with 200 cell race cat. Attached to the downpipe is a TME...
Interesting first post...
Imperial socket wrapped in tape. Lots of tape, so it doesn't fit in the bolt recess. This stops it bouncing out when you hit it with a hammer.
Partsforvolvosonline.com are worth a try, Jamie is always very helpful.
Old stuff was never my strong point lol
For performance, you're better off keeping the standard airbox and filter but fitting a larger pipe between the maf and turbo. There's usually a few second hand ones about on the forums or fleabay....
It'll be the bonnet then :)
One more click....
Adjusters are about a tenner from eurocarparts.
You can adjust from the lever but it tends to lead to rollback.
Happy Hanukkah :)
