my oil stays in for 3k only and its out so as long as its above a1 and b1 then I don't care too much for really expensive oil.

I've started using petronas syntium 3000 5w40 get it from euro parts for 20quid for 4l its very good oil.

I have been using the meguiars gold for years until today when I got some turtle wax ice this stuff is on another level ,you can put it on in direct sunlight use it on plastics and rubber it is easy...

on the right when you open bonnet on the intercooler its a bugger to remove but like mine it will be dripping with oil my seals have gone on turbo .

map sensor dude take it out and give it a clean .

my belly pan has air scoops in it which I think is right under the turbo.

Its very easy to rebuild be careful tacking the circlips out they will take your head off if they fly believe me I nearly lost an eye wear goggles. I have rebuilt a few turbos with ebay...
