I believe the TR designation is used for cars specially made for taxi useage.

Dead right mate its a Taxi variant, can I book it for the Andrew going away to India bash lol. :wink: Failing that its a Sony Digital Camera TRV50.

yes, volvo first used the 'TR' for Taxi in 1930, with TR simply being short for trafikvagn, or taxi cab in english :)
