IIRC Carson or his pal with the white AMG 855 made them themselfs

Im sure they done a "how to" as well, maybe on Swedespeed

Theres a tutorial somewhere on the net which shows you how to make angel eyes with your standard headlights... pretty straight forward as well! will have a look for it.
