After discussing this with a few people i think it would be a good idea to have some. Basically organising events, meets etc, so there isnt 3 or 4 trying to be arranged at once. We already have Fraz13 as a mod now and as event manager for Scotland (He has been doing it for the past 2 years anyway lol) Midlands could do with someone, East and West obviously and South.

Suggestions, and names you'd like to put forward, or drawbacks ?

Email me directly if you wish to apply :)

Might be easier to get a list for the various regions then start a poll if there are more than one proposed for each region. Not been a member long enough to be able to suggest anyone though moppy scares me so whatever she says...

I would gladly volunteer for the SE/ East anglia role depending on forum support, tho would also support Andrew / gary Engineer if they want it.:) IMO I think 'The South' is too big an area for one co-ord, maybe 2-3 areas would be more appropriate? (- South East, South West and pos South Central?)

Andrew
Monday 24th April 2006, 17:18
Justin... May i suggest a co-ordinator for each of the regions:

A fair few but if it's to be scalable makes sense.

Ladies and gentlemens boys and girls we have our area co-ordinators if they choose to accept the positions.

We have decided to keep it simple at this stage with just 5 area's. If at any point we feel we need extra coverage then we shall re-assess.

* Scotland - Frazer

* North - Don-T5

* Midlands - Viking T5

* South - Arbee

* Wales - Blackbeast

Welcome aboard guys. Frazer will be your main point of contact for any questions/queries and he will be in contact within the next 7 days or so to give you a full briefing.

Congrats!

Hello people as you may have noticed I have been a bit quiet on here recently and after talking things through with Justin today I have decided that due to personal and health reasons I cannot devote the amount of time to this position that I feel needs to be given so I have come to the decision that I will no longer be the midlands co-ordinator.Thanks to everyone that has attended my meets and maybe see you all soon at another one.Anyone interested in the position should probably start by emailing Justin
