Login into the auction site does not work for me.

There is a nice C70 on Ebay at the mo.

Have a look through this thread...

Plenty of ideas and discussion as to what to look for.

Cheers lads,

I tried getting on the BCA but cant either ...

There is a black one 177miles from my house but its not got the biege interior or the Dolby system .....

Iv even considered an automatic as there seems to be so many of them, the auto's are not that bad if you drive them right ...

The hunt goes on ......

Autos are fine IMHO - depends what you have in mind tuning wise.

If i did do anything it would probably just be mild tuning, nothing to serous and maybe lower it slightly ...

I believe the auto's are kinda gutsy on the fuel, more so than the manual, and slower ???

There's a nice black C70 T5 on ebay just now, think the saint has mentioned it, would have been spot on but its not got the speaker on the dash .... maybe tomorrow lol

As far as I am aware the auto's return about 2mpg less than the manual equivilant so its not a big difference

Personally I dont think there is enough of a difference for it to matter which transmission you get.

I done a driving course a couple of years ago and a week of the course was using manuals and the 2nd week was auto's .... there was none of this sticking it in D and driving carry on ..lol .. my eye's where totally opened on how much fun an auto can actually be, people think that you're not in control in an auto, use it in a certain way and you will be, iv never thought of auto's boring since.

Seeing so many C70 auto's has stirred the memories and got me thinking about getting one ....... are they 4 or 5 speeds ?
