pcd and offset of s40??!

Could anyone tell me the offset of the s40? its a 4-stud.


Ive heard its either 114 or 108 pcd. Can anyone clear this up??!!

According to leightyres.co.uk, PCD is 4 x 114.3, and offset is 35-38 :)
