seem to be a nightmare to change, I can get the bolts out but the metal clamps seem well & truly stuck on! cant shift them to fit the new bushes inside. any ideas? :slap:

I would just buy new rods with bushes already on. They are cheap enough.

its got new drop links, its the actual anti roll bar bushes that seem tired. According to mr haynes's book to change the whole roll bar is A MAJOR job.

True as you will need to lower the rear section of the subframe /support engine.
Not for the feint hearted.
