Fault Codes

Firstly hi to everyone, i've been browsing the forums for a while now and have found them to be a great help.

I bought my t5 estate before xmas, its got 170k on the clock but runs and drives superb. I'm chuffed to bits with it. its standard apart from a k N 57i kit.

I did a diagnostic check on it today (blink codes) and the following came up.

From plug A2,

2-3-2

From plug A1,

3-1-3
2-3-2
2-1-3
1-2-4

I'm after advice on whats these are actually saying, posible causes and how to fix them.

Hello Benny.

The codes you've listed are from the transmission and engine control units:

A1 - Transmission codes here (http://www.volvospeed.com/Repair/ElectronicTransmissionSocketA1.php)

A2 - Engine codes here (http://www.volvospeed.com/dtc_a2_codes.php)

If you say the car runs okay, then it might be possible that the problems were fixed, but the codes not cleared.
