I.e. the T-5R would go even faster if it weren't for the pesky limited/restricted top end, as per the usual beemer/merc practices - how much truth there is in that tho....

Realistically about 145 mph. Not sure how long it would survive doing that speed for any length of time.

I know a T-5R that sat at 155 for a fair time cruising without much effort on the A11 sat on the ass of a BMW for fun. I won't mention any names though

Sitting behind a BMW at that sort of speed is not the sort of thing I would condone............If I wasn't turning off, I would have gone past him at 160! :haha:
