Hi mates.

Just to inform you guys that those headlights and indicators
goes for £200 in Sweden, I´m not sure if it´s possible to get a pair for
the English market, but if that company that you link to sell the english ones, then there will be no problem in getting them for you.
Because the lights are all made at the same factory.

You also have the "lexus style rear lights for the 855 at the same dealer for about £286, Personaly I´m not fond of the clear ones, but the shaded ones look rather ok to me.
Here´s a pic of the kind I mean.

Mmm - i think I am in love - with the fronts and the dark 855 rears.
Not keen on the carbon rear panel though. A bit pretentious??

front lights will probably be LHD only based on previous postings re other 850 headlights. Not keen on the grill, think all volvos need the 'slash'. curiously attracted to the rear lights, think it would depend on the rest of the car tho tbh

on a black 855 the back lights may look ok, but as for the front lights, damn, the blacks ones woul look so nice on mine.

But i have to save money for my next car and not spend unnecessary money on this one.

Dug these out in Japan (crappy pic though) http://goodparts.jp/main.php?pg=goods_info&goods_id=844 think Japan is RHD. No idea if they export and if so the cost, but the currency converter has these and the dark ones at about £300.00

The fronts are indeed LHD only but should be able to mod them for RHD would have thought.

They do look cool though with the little lights inbetween the mains, especially if LED's are put in!

I had those on my 850 before I started new rebuild.
Now my car is a 15 000 pieces puzzle... :)
But Well, I´m starting to get my car sorted out, three mounths left until completely done.
Here´s a pic of my car with the clear headlights. (The LED´s used are not the best... almost a green kind of glow from them) Not visable on the pic...

If the lights are only made for the LHD parts of the world, and if you are able to modify them to RHD, then you should order them from Swede.
I´m coming over to you in about 2-3 mounths. (Visiting tomcat, and EMS and my family)

With this I´m just telling all you guys in GB that if you want me to bring something over to the UK when I´m visiting Mr Tomcat and my family, just shout out loud... :)
My family lives in Bexhill (Close to Hastings) And you can all se where Tomcat lives. I´ll also visit EMS (Emergency Vehicle Solutions).
So if you live close to the road I´m going, there will be no problem...

Reference the clear headlights discussed. I have contacted a Japanese supplier about these, as they are RHD over there. Forget the price as it is too expensive but there is some useful info ref the LHD/RHD adjustment that may be usefull to anyone thinking of purchasing.

Dear Mr.Matthew Hosking,
Yes, we have this light set in stock.
This light was originally produced for left hand drive traffic.
Maker modify the inside of system to convert for
right hand draive traffic system to sell to Japanese market.
When you drive with this light,
center line side is OK to cut light not to disturb the oposite side driver.
But for the pervement side is not enough to provide the light
which is same as left drive traffic light.
Our price for you is US$600.- per set without shipping cost.
Could you please advise your shipping address for us to qoute
air shipping cost.
Best regards,
