When I bought my car there was some confusion over what Stage 1 the previous owner had done to it. All we knew was it was done at a garage in St Albans that was a specialist in Ford tuning.
Well today I made time to pull out the ECU and open it up.
It's confirmed a piggy backed custom SuperChips jobby. Not soldered in but simply a piggy backed chip.
I'm supprised cos it was producing 318lb/ft tourque which pulled like stink.
Still custom RICA remap booked in for 11th so glad it's easily removed.
