I have got the suspension and brakes sorted and now ready for an upgrade. Is there a big difference between a 310bhp and a 340bhp stage 2. Who has had them done and what are the good and bad points. By the way I have a V70 T5 1999 blue badge at 104k. I used to have a 300bhp Saab 9000 aero and miss the buzz. :sinner:

:stupid:

Before I flew off into a field - I had my MY2000 C70 T5 - custom remapped Stage 2 (19T & ferrita DP)

There is a big difference.

100% agree with all of the comments, i had the first 19T hybrid with a stock downpipe from VT, so not quite as fast as the full blown but wow!

1st and 2nd are more or less the same, however 3rd onwards is blistering, the 19T is a great turbo and does the job perfectly.

Was one of the first to have it done on an ME7 car I think and there was a bit more lag than on the 16T turbo I found but as mentioned 3rd and 4th gear were beyond belief.

I know the lag issues have been sorted out now though as the custom maps add a little bit more low down so its a no compromise upgrade really.
