flat battery

got in the V70 T5 today only to find Flat battery so got some jump leads and got it going now its showing IMMOBILISER SEE MANUEL please help wat do i have to do :sick:

Sometimes if you jump start your car it can interfere with the electronics so my advice would be to book it into your volvo dealership where they can plug it into their diagnostic equipment and hopefully they will be able to tell you a bit more!

You could always try taking the battery out completely for a couple of hours, then the ECU will reset back to default settings. (Nope you will not lose any Maps). Should clear any temporary fault codes, and may sort your warning out. If not then diagnostic time.
