ECU Software Update

Hi,
I found out today that if I fit a new indicator stalk with cruise and have an ecu update with cruise control software, it will work.
I bought the stalk from Volvo - £15! Volvo software - £350!!! :jaw: :jaw:

Anyone got any ideas how I could get this cheaper (that quote was from Marshals).

Not much point in this country, no-one drives at the same speed unlike the states. Only time I use it is late at night on the motorway, or in a speed trap zone.

What about buying a second hand ecu with the software on there already. You might have to wait for a while to turn up on ebay etc though.

Give me a call with your chassis no. (or rather confirm your chassis no.)and we will get the software organized. This will also mean that A. N. Other Volvo Dealer will not overight your Rica Upgrade ! You will also be pleasantly suprised at the £ cost !
