just gone to change the dizzy cap and i think its been done up by king kong on steriods

its rock solid
one of the allen bolt heads is rounded too

think its the joys of owning a volvo that has been in a gge thet the dont know the meaning of nip it up or torque wrench ...........just stand on the end of the breaker bar make sure its tight

easy solution brute force and ignorance
chopped off the old rotor arm with a chisel and then mole grips on the head

worked a treat
now have new rotor and dizzy and leads
OMFG nearly put myself in a ditch noticable difference in pick up
