Delighted to get my hands on my new car.

V70R AWD 1998 manual in silver 100k miles. Pretty good history, the guy had a new prop joint recently and had a mate who worked for Volvo, so YES its got matching tyre's and Volvo news sheets on looking after the viscous bit :B_steerin

Drives great, I presume as its got a throttle cable its pre ME7 which means I can go buy another MBC :)

Absolutley made up after wanting one for age's :wiggle: :wiggle: :wiggle: :wiggle:

I get some pics over the next few days (when my daughter shows me how to post them)

Thanks I'll pm Wobbly

On my last 850 the horns were easily moved, no wire cutting or anything. Under radiator on front cross member there are 'spare' threaded hole's just waiting for you :)

Horn relocation is a waste of time.

If you have a mesh grille, aesethically (SP) it looks very nice,

Gary.

agreed that the horns can look odd if you have a mesh grill - but I dont believe relocation as a mod for power is valid.

I agree with dave but they do look naff behind a mesh grille.

I relocated mine onto the top shelf of my garage! Saves the hassle of finding somewhere to put them on the car! Didnt take them off for a mod as i too dont believe it does anything....took them off cos they sounded naff!!
