Uprated Intercooler

The standard intercooler on my S60 is looking...well a bit bent after the previous owner had an encounter with a bollard! :slap: Seems to function OK just looks a little unsightly through the gap in the valance.

Anyway as I'm planning on extracting even more power from the T5 through a new super dooper hybrid turbo courtesy of VT, would an uprated Ali Intercooler be a worthwhile mod?

If so has anyone got any contacts as to where to buy and how much.

Aeroresh what you doing with the engine internals if your going for even more power again?

stock internals Im led to believe are good for 400BHP on the later cars as long as you dont over do it with the bottom end boost. :B_steerin

also you can increase the peak power without increasing the torque.
