Leather & Wood Insert Gear Nob

I have been eyeing up the interior on an S60R near me and he has a Leather and Wood gear knob that looks the Biz - where can I get one of these for my S70 Auto?

New Steering wheel would be nice to as the leather on mine is filthy and just will not clean up - its's beige/cream/pumice whatever they call it...
