Well time has come to sell due to a new car, I really am going to miss it, It truly is an awesome car

Here's The main points:

~ 94k Miles
~ 2 Previous owners
~ Tax March 06
~ MOT April 06 (I can put 12 months on, it just needs the cat putting back on and booked in, but I dont have much time to sort this at the moment so it will be a few weeks)
~ Heated Gsi seats at the front
~ 153bhp - Comes with printout
~ HPI check comes with the car (all clear!)
~ Comprehensive service history (a MASSIVE folder full of every little reciept for anything for the car)
~ K&N Panel Filter
~ £120 brand new Uniroyal Rainsport tyres come on the front
~ Brembo Max brake discs & Greenstuff pads on the front
~ Stiffened shockers and lowering spring all round (cant remember the name of them but bought from the local motorsport dealership)
~ Remus stainless steel backbox

Just after I got the car (nearly 2 years ago) the timing belt pulley corroded and bent all the valves etc. which left me with a £700 bill So a lot of the engine is only 2 years old!

The clocks/speedo were also broken when I got it, so they got replaced with brand new ones (no expense spared!), and are currently reading about 22k, but the total mileage can be verified with past MOT certificates.

Bodywork is extremely good, I waxed it every 2 weeks last year to protect it during the winter months. It still gets waxed but not as often because its a bit nippy now! The passenger rear arch is however starting to bubble a bit, which is unfortunately common in all vauxhalls of this age!

I'm after £1995 for it, its worth more but I know you never get back what you've put into it!

I can talk a lot more about this car (and I will!) but i'm a busy person at the moment and I need to go, but pics will be added ASAP and i'll no doubt ramble on for another few paragraphs about how superb this car is!!!

Cheers people!

For those who dont know much about it:

The C20XE developed by cosworth, a 2.0 16v engine, puts out around 150bhp as standard, and the 0-60 as standard on this car is 7.5 seconds.

"The mighty 16v XE" (Retro Cars February 2006)

"The Mk3 Astra Gsi needed nothing more than a suspension change to transform it into a great car" (Total Vauxhall February 2006)

Suspension change done :D

The red top is one of THE best 2.0 16V engines made of all time!! :D

Cheers mate :)

This is a LOT of car for the money, it will pootle around town no probs, then it will go straight out onto a track and take to it like a duck to water! :D

It's never been 'boy-raced', the only modifications I've made to the car are only to better the performance etc, not to make it look pretty!

In my opinion (of course!) it's well worth a look, and even people that know me, when I tell them I've put it up for £1995, they think I should get that at least!
