P0103 code

Hi all, had a P0103 code come up (engine cut out for about 3 sec's coasting along at 40mph) and according to www.actron.com/code_lookup.php it's MAF or VAF circuit high input. I'm guessing that means that for some reason the MAF sensor is/did getting too higher voltage or amp's.
I've yet to fiddle with it, but has anyone had the same drama before?

Sorry can't solve your problem, Although MAF seems to be a common thing to fail.

What device did you use to get your fault codes....?

I just went to a local garage, Volvo dealer here were being idiots.
They wanted the car for a whole day just to read the code for me, and charge me 20 pd!
Most workshops should have a OBD reader.
I think i'm going to buy my own, you can get them online, starting around the 40 pd mark.
