got a rica'd 850 1995 t5 and the clutch is starting to slip in 4th and 5th when the turbo comes in, its only sometimes tho,it seems to bite quite well in the other gears tho, i dont think any of the seals have gone cant see any oil loss, the filler cap is leaking abit but dont think its running down. guess im gonna have to fork out for a new one, thing is tho will a standard replacement be enough for 280+bhp? any help would be great

I had to replace the clutch on mine which would fail on 1/4 mile power launches, I have the RICA 310 upgrade. However you cant really blame the clutch though as it was the orignal and it had done 143k.
Ive known clutchs last from 70-229k so it probably needs doing , for an extra £15 do the rear main oil seal at the same time. As for the job itself you should be looking at £350-500 from an indepedent for genuine parts or around £700-1000 from a main stealer!
