T4 brake upgrade,

Hi, My t4 was in for a service, need the the front brake pads and discs changed, Anyone have any advice on what would be a good reasonably priced upgrade to do,( with out changing calipers).

If your not changing the calipers and therefore sticking with the same size brakes then just an uprated set of discs and pads would be the way to go.

etc are mild pads for a performance upgrade, EBC or similar grooved and spotted discs will help avoid fade as well. Brake fluid change and upgrade to 5.1 is also an idea as this will also help keep fade at bay.

Pads will give you slightly better braking, the rest will just prevent fade if it's something you suffer from in the way you drive, if they never fade then no point spending the cash on changing things to prevent it.

Hi , Fade is a problem, must drive a bit hard, ill get them changed let you know if there better. cheers Ross
