Brakes - will these fit.........

Does anybody know if these will fit my 1997 S70 T5 (classic).

Cheaper ways of doing it Bob, but if you really want that kit id send them an email asking if it will or not, brackets and hoses will be the only problem. Remember you will need at least 17" and then its no guarantee that they will fit without spacers.

Yeah just sent them an e-mail enquiring but thought I would ask for everbody elses opinion.

The kit you're working on is it Porsche calipers and R dics? What Porsche calipers fit - will 928 s4 work.

Do you need spacers for the wheels with the kit your planning.

With the brackets i shall be using, they will only accept 'Big Reds' calipers which are mostly found on Porsche 993 Twin Turbo. You could use the 928 5.4ltr GTS but they require everything swapped over due to the mounting points. P2 'R' discs will be used.

I shall be using either 17" or 18" Pegasus alloys, due to the spoke design these will clear both sizes and therefore no need for spacers. Every other 17" volvo alloy wont work without a spacer.

I very much doubt those ATE calipers will fit the P1 because they're designed for the P2 model which appears to have a different brake setup (from looking at my father-in-laws P2).

Adam or Hamish may be able to confirm.
