Turbo on 850 t5 96/97

I've had oil dripping from the turbo for while, there's also loss of power, I have been told that it could be a blockage in the pipes, but have a strong feeling that the turbo is knackered. People i have spoken to have told me that there is a place in America that import them in, does anybody have any idea who they are, and possibly give me there website.
I would be also very very grateful for any advice :troutslap

It may work out cheaper to buy one over here by the time you bhave added on shipping costs and duty etc.

If you want to replace it on the cheap try Salvo in Nottingham (Volvo Breakers)

The turbo return pipe is a common fault for leakage round the back of the engine, cheap for parts and a hour or so to fix, there was a "How to..." but cant find it

Try your vacuum pipes for leaks as that could cause power loss

Also give the car a Stage 0 tune up....

Car is coming to me tomorrow as he lives about 3 miles away, sounds like its in limp home mode or has a boost leak from what he has said on the phone, will read the codes and check the hoses :)
