Brussels MotorShow C70

Hi everyone,

I just come from the Brussels MotorShow.
I saw It, put my ass in. The New C70.
One word : Wow.

It's wealthy + 200 kg (1711 KG).
220CV(HP) less then our, but the sales manager told me it has more torque, and the power is given lower RPM.

The dashboard is the same S40, thin aluminium.
The newest toy is of course the roof : 3 parts, hidden in the trunk.
The vendor told me it 's deeper then mine. Even with the roof in, you can still put a midside luggage. Open the trunk, push a single button, the roof gets from about 60 cm(2 feets) and you can slide a suit in. Push the button again and close the trunk.

Engine: 3 (2 fuel, 1 Diesel)
The best seller will be the Diesel. But i'd buy the T5 if i could. maybe next year.
No picture, i didn't take any cam.
OHH i forgot... the price about 41.000 € for a T5 with some good options.
I hope to do some test on March.

Dont worry it drives extremely well, with the roof up or down!

Their will be 3 petrol engines 2.4 140bhp and 170bhp, T5 220bhp and the diesel 180bhp, the T5 does have alot less power but its much smoother, its not massively quick but quick enough.

Interior has a few improvements in quality over the S40 aswell. Can get 3 medium cases in the boot with ease.

have you heard about the c70 training at dav aftershock?

they said roof had been tested something like 250,000 times and never failed
pete rigby pushed the button to open - nothing happens everybody was rotfl to say the least !!!!!

Yeah theirs shed loads of memos floating about the new roof on it, seems to work forever then stop!
