More boring lower block questions!

I know i'm being a pain.......

I ve read a spec sheet from a heavily modded t5r, which stated it had the lower block moddifed to prevent air surges in the oil system? Does anyone know what form this mod takes?

Ive no idea if the T5 sump is baffled at all, if it is and you dont do/plan on any track days then there is no need for the below link :)

oh, I thought it was some kind of breather mod to lower crank case pressure.

It is baffled, but the accumulator is still a great idea. I already toasted one motor due to a "high-stress" oiling issue, the accumulator is being added to the next motor before it too gets blown.
