Anyone on here got/tried these?:

They look pretty but do they make a real difference?

Thats half the cost of an uprated intercooler! Go for an intercooler and make your own straight boost pipes.

really loving your 'bay. Not convinced on the usefulness of the CDA (if thats what it is) but the pipework looks nice :)

I dont want a great deal for the spare one so it will not matter if you foul it up? I think they are aluminium?

Yeah that'd be fun.

If you change to the more recent system then you will need all the pipes as the flow direction is the opposite way around - and guess what - I most of them too!

when you say most what is missing ??The pipes are from an ME7 engine which has a slightly different arrangement - however the rubber piping at the end (going into your throttle body) - I believe remains the same - so you can hopefully do the conversion.

You'd have to come over and we can have a look.

The different pipework will have absolutely no effect on performance.

well my main business is bikes
but with the modded car scene growing why not

and seeing as I have some bits of an old 2.0 20v n/a engine then may as well polish them up and see what they look like

knowing Volvo the quality of alloy should be pretty high

Another thought for you is the fuel rail cover.

They come off real easy and are made of aluminium

How much would you want for the polishing, ie, i supply you my rocker cover, and ££££ and you supply me shinney rocker cover. Exchange type basis?
