For those who don't know, Hybrid Audio Technologies is the company whom I've been helping with their website/pending speaker launch... and the company whose speakers I'll be running in my car for the foreseeable future.

The website is located at http://www.hybrid-audio.com , and rather than post the full press release here, here's a link to it: http://www.hybrid-audio.com/newsandevents_item.asp?section=00010004&id=2

I heard a pre-production model of their 3" midrange in summer, and instantly knew that I wanted to run them. If anyone is interested in competition level speakers, give me a shout - I'm acting as UK point of contact until a distributor is finalised :)

Cheers

Mark

[edit] Posted with J's permission, but I wasn't sure where it should go - mods, please move if there's a more appropriate section

looks interesting. would be keen to see just how good the ultimate sounds to my untrained ears! get your install done :) - that said - you were defo right about using stock 850 component locations - i think some kickpanel builds will be on the distant horizon...

Cheers guys :)

arbee - installs take time mate ;) Hoping to have mine finished before the end of feb, but whether I do it or not is a different matter.

I'd only recommend putting your tweeters in the kicks... mids will be harder to get the required volume (depending on which ones you use). A tweeter install down there shouldn't be much of a problem.. maybe a day's work, plus trimming? :) If you need any tips, give me a shout.
