Do 850 estates have rear anti-roll bars? And what are the part numbers?

Also I have heard there are 2 differnt types of front anti-roll bar. One for the standard T5 and one for the 850R or T5R. Are these interchangeable?

yes all 850 estates have rear antiroll bars mate

there are 4 types listed.

1. 9191459 - up to 1993, without Nivomat, 19.5mm Diameter (chassis plate marked M)

2. 9191461 - with Nivomat, 20.8mm Diameter, with lowered chassis (marked P)

3. 9191462 - chassis plate marked N

4. 9140203 - chassis plate marked V

to check chassis plate look at the plate, shown below, its under the bonnet

look at the last group of codes, shown in the bottom right box with the red arrow in that picture. the 6th digit along should either be a M,P,N or V, part number will be identified by that digit.

for the front ARB, there are actually a total of 7 options listed, again with a certain code i can tell you the one that was on your car if need be (no time to list all 7 sorry). they range from 20mm, 21mm and 21.5mm diameter bars, with a couple of options, depending on that code, for each of the sizes. i cant see why they would not be interchangeable, as long as you change all relevant bushes etc too? not sure though, i will be honest

hope that helps :)
