Reverse Lights GONE!!! help

How can i fix my reverse lights..

Bulbs are ok, when putting into reverse it was flickering reverse lights on and off. now they wont come on..

Where is the reverse switch? is it adjustable..

For the M56 manual gearbox the reverse light switch is located on top of the gearbox. It's a rubbish connector plug switch that I have never seen without it being held down/together with a cable tie to keep it working ....

Also, with the battery disconnected, clean up the contacts to your reverse bulb and bulb holder, wire wool is a good thing to use but make sure you don't leave any debris. The contacts can become dirty over time and it doesn't take a lot to stop a bulb from illuminating.

If you have a voltmeter, get someone to put the car in reverse and see if you have a 12volt supply across the two bulb holder terminals.

If there's no 12volt supply, check the fuse and then the reverse switch.

includes new switch and connector to go on stitch
