autobox swap -which ecu do i use - 850 t5r

I lost drive on my 850 t5r and have now gone about changing the autobox and torque convertor from another 850 which was a 2.5 non turbo . the gearboxes are both 50-42le models but the ecu,s in the cars were different,do i continue to use the t5r ecu which i think was a 5.2 or do i use the one from the 2.5 non turbo which i think is an 11.2 ?

Personally I would use the T-5R one if it was my car.
