Rear subframe

I have bought a secondhand rear subframe for my 2001 v70 that i intend to restore, paint, bushes etc.
Dismantling has been easy so far, until i tried to remove the the upper controlarms.
I cannot find anything about it in VIDA.
Any ideas will be more than welcome.

Good luck! I’ve tried this before and it’s tricky. There is a bolt which comes out, then a pin which doesn’t want to come out, and bushes either end which need to come out. I think the pin was inserted last after the bushes were pressed in the factory. It’s a strange setup to say the least. Only advice is to remove the bushes first which seem impossible to remove.
