P80 V70 TDI Fuel Pump belt

I've no doubt this subject has been covered to death what with the age of the car, but the search did not turn up much

I've replaced the timing belt for the pump - however it has not been timed up using Volvo diagnostics software so it runs but it's drinking fuel and running rich when cold causing a fair amount of fumes in the cabin and a 5mpg loss since the belt was replaced. I don't have the tools or know-how to properly time the belt to get rid of the over-fuelling issue so I'm hoping there is someone on here who knows a specialist who I can sort this for me

I'm looking for somewhere in the South Cambs/North Essex/West Suffolk area to time the belt correctly as the local Volvo dealership don't seem too keen

Unless it's msa 15.7 then you'll need vol fcr

Its a 1998, S reg so I think it is 15.7

Is there any list of reputable specialists that would have this software as I can't find a working torrent nor need a copy of the diagnostics tool that badly that I'll pay 100+ for a one time fix.
