Buying Vida/dice

Has anyone purchased one of these recently or would recommend a seller on ebay? Google brings up sites like cardiagtool.co.uk but i don't like the look of some of the replies to the reviews, stuff like "thank you for the communication good friend" or "Thanks for your good feedback for us.Your encouragement and affirmation will give us more confidence to do better."

Are there any different types of unit for this, as some say dice pro + and others B version?

Any particular things i should steer clear of?

I already have a slave laptop i don't need anymore which will be ideal
