Lights missing!

Just last night I noticed when I turn my lights on to full the dial lights go out, the indicators stop working, there are no lights at all, and fthe full beam switch wont stay on!! Cept when I turn it back to side lights only, 45 degrees, it all starts working again!!

My wife was actually driving, and she claimed it happened, then came right again, and then happened again...so its not s fuse...


Any ideas??

It may just be a random guess but my intuition points to the indicator stalk...
Justifcation - Indicators/Mainbeam all connected here...
or, the plug on the back of the switch may have just worked loose...??

I haven't really studied the wiring for my car so apart from doing a trial and error at a scrapyard to try replacing the light switch first then try the stalk....
otherwise get it checked out properly 21st is the shotest day soon....

Thanks for the tip...its going to HROwen on Thursday for a servioce, and they'll check it out as well. They suspect the light switch itself has a cracked or faulty PCB...

HROWEN have replaced the light switch...it was cracked at the back. £104 later, still at least the lights work now!!
