So in a bit of a pickle here!
On TRYING to replace the one way valves last night the rubber hose just disintegrated, so it HAS to be replaced.
Had a look on VIDA last night & could NOT for the life In me find the hose OR the one way/check valves for that matter ?

Tried googling the one way valves (9485451) and a Number Lee had in his thread for the hose (I think?) 1008272.
Spoke with my local dealer this morning & they are struggling to identify the hose.

Any help really appreciated, Etienne.

And does anyone know what the valve is for that one of the pipe ends connect to ?

Part number: 30757307 ; 30622238

I went for the valves only at the end and got the hoses from a local shop, where they had measured the inside diameter.

What's so special about the hoses that you couldn't just replace with suitably sized silicone or fuel hose? When I did those valves on my T5 I replaced the hoses connecting to both with silicone, there was no specific shape to them or fitment issues that required the correct Volvo parts.

That's probably what I'm going to do at the weekend IF I can't get the O.E.M pipe.
In fairness there is a place fairly local that has A selection of various size & orientations of hose.
The one on the manifold is 90° from what I can see.

Well, pipe has landed & there are NO bends in it (DAMN!)
So By the looks of it I could of just fitted straight pipe!

Anyhoo's, off to the silicone hose shop Saturday to get some silicone hose so it hopefully won't perish again (will fit the NEW hose to restorection when it's back).

Kinda obvious considering it's just rubber vac hose
Its also a rip off at nearly £70 inc vat.

The old one looked to a have a bend in it where attaches to the manifold and the part that connects to the airbox pipe also had a slight bend in it hence me THINKING the new one would be the same.

Considering what ive just spent on this & the S60R £70 is neither here nor there!
But I do agree it is rip off at £70 for a bit of hose :/
