Intercooler replace, no ramps and a slipped disk

Evening,

So the intercooler is knackered.

Can I do this without ramps, and as the title says with a slipped disk?

This month has been very quiet and the piggy bank is at critical levels so am reluctant to pay for what looks relatively easy..

Any advise would be appreciated.
