The cleaning it out with carb cleaner isn't cutting it anymore, I may actually have to spend some money :D
Has anyone successfully tried one from any other variant? Petrol/diesel/S/V40 etc. etc. As when I say spend money it won't be £160 odd quid on a new one. Nearly what the cars worth!

If you mean the governor that's bolted to the block, I had success with a cheaper version.
