alarm question

Just noticed yesterday that when I lock the car I dont get the usual ONE FLASH on the indicators?

I am still getting the TWO FLASH when unlocked?

Whats the story here, does the alarm need new batteries?

Close thd bonnet harder , drop it shut .
lights don't flash it something is still open .

If it is your V70, check if the trunk is properly closed too. As Harvey mentioned above lights don't flash if something is still open.

Thanks guys ill have a look round but aure everythings closed as nothing showing on the DIM on the dash? Usually shows, DOOR OPEN or TAILGATE OPEN

LOL it was, strange as I always close it firmly - spot on Harvey!
