Hi guys,

Been a while since I've posted as my 854 t5 has been feeling sorry for itself on the driveway, after deciding it couldn't be bothered holding the road any more, sending me spinning into an embankment. That happened back in February.

Now it's time to get it back on the road, will be picking up a doner car this week. Realistically my car needs a wishbone, strut, wing and bumper, and 4 new wheels.

But I will be swapping over the engines as its got 100,000 miles less than my current motor.

I'll be fitting a new timing belt kit Inc. water pump.
Will a gates kit do? If not what would you recommend.
Also a new clutch, the car is running approx 260bhp, but in the near future I'm hoping for 300+ so which clutch would you recommend?

Anything else I should do?

I was thinking rear main seal(anyone have the part number?)

Thanks in advance

Oe quality kits all the way.
The 850R clutch kit is the accepted, cost effective solution when tuning - go for the LUK kit as it's what volvo use.
Head to a volvo dealer for rear main seal and flywheel bolts.
