Advice on cooling fan please

Does anyone know if the cooling fan from a phase 1 V70 will fit my 1996 850 T5?

An ME7 V70 one won't fit but one from a 4.4 V70 will fit either a OBD1 or 2 850. The OBD1 850 was slightly different but interchangeable.

Have fallen off the radar as Volvo has been off the road for 2 years now, I've split up with my wife, moved to Tangmere, lost my job, a mate died and I'm now working in a pub! Thinking now about how I can get the beast back on the road :)

Think mine is obd 2 with the socket by the gear knob.

My 855 runs a fan from a v70 2.0l 1998 , don't remember having any issues fitting it.
